How To Make Bruschetta Toast  

A classic Italian appetizer that is made with fresh flavors. 

 

Ingredients: – tomatoes -olive oil – garlic –pepper – salt -red onion – burrata cheese –baguette -basil -balsamic glaze -

 

Sauté garlic in olive oil.  This will infuse the oil with flavor. 

 

Add other  ingredients together in a large bowl.

 

Cut a baguette in 1/2 inch thick slices and lay on a rimmed baking tray. 

 

Toast in the oven to get crisp and browned. 

 

To assemble add a spoonful of the tomato mixture to the baguette.  

 

Add a piece of burrata cheese, a creamy cheese similar to mozzarella. 

 

Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze!

 

These can even be made for a light lunch!
