Healthy French Toast 

This healthy French toast is packed with protein from egg whites!

 

Ingredients needed: -whole wheat bread -egg whites -almond milk -cinnamon -salt -stevia vanilla extract

 

 Mix the egg whites, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and stevia in a shallow dish.  

 

Quickly dunk the bread in the egg white mixture.      

 

Add the bread slices to a heated skillet or a griddle.     

Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.  

Serve with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
