Easy Skillet Caprese Chicken 

Make this healthy dinner in just 20 minutes!

Start by cooking chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat. 

While the chicken is cooking slice the tomatoes.  

Cook the chicken on both sides and when it is completely cooked through add slices of mozzarella and the tomatoes.

Cook for another minute or just until the cheese is slightly melted.   

Garnish with chopped fresh basil and a drizzle or balsamic glaze.  

This is a quick & healthy dinner that will be ready in just 20 minutes!
