Easy Chicken Salad Recipe

This light chicken salad is delicious for lunch on a sandwich or on greens.  This is perfect to meal prep too!

Mix together the ingredients for the dressing. 

Cut the grapes in half and chop the celery.    

Add all of the ingredients to the dressing. 

Stir well to coat the chicken salad. 

Chill for an hour before serving. 

Make a batch to take to work. 


Chicken salad is a great healthy lunch.
