Burrata Bruschetta   

A classic Italian appetizer that is made with fresh summer flavors. 


Ingredients: – tomatoes -olive oil – garlic –pepper – salt -red onion – burrata cheese –baguette -basil -balsamic glaze -


Sauté garlic in olive oil.  This will infuse the oil with flavor. 


Add other  ingredients together in a large bowl.


Cut a baguette in 1/2 inch thick slices and lay on a rimmed baking tray. 


Toast in the oven to get crisp and browned. 


To assemble add a spoonful of the tomato mixture to the baguette.  


Add a piece of burrata cheese, a creamy cheese similar to mozzarella. 


This light appetizer is perfect in the summertime when tomatoes are in peak season. 


These can even be made for a light lunch!
