Coffee Cake Crumble Topping

This coffee cake with a crumble topping is so easy to make and perfect for breakfast or brunch!

The ingredients: –all-purpose flour –sugar –baking powder –baking soda –salt –unsalted butter –whole milk –Greek yogurt –vanilla extract – unsalted butter –brown sugar –cinnamon –all-purpose flour

Cut the butter into the flour mixture using a pastry blender.  

In a separate bowl mix together milk, Greek yogurt and vanilla until smooth.  

Combine the milk and flour.  There will be lumps from the butter.  

Pour 1/2 of the batter in a prepared pan.  Top with 1/2 of streusel.  

Repeat layers and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.  It will be golden brown.  

This recipe is perfect for breakfast or brunch on Christmas morning.
