Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadew Peppers

These sweet and spicy peppers are stuffed with goat cheese for a quick appetizer. 

 

Ingredients: – peppadews – goat cheese -panko -balsamic glaze

 

Rinse the peppers and remove any seeds.  Pat dry with a paper towel. 

 

Fill a piping bag with the softened goat cheese.  Fill the peppers.  

 

Sprinkle the tops with panko crumbs. 

 

Place in the peppers in the oven using the broiler setting.  

 

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
