Carrot Cake Muffins Recipe

Healthy muffins made with wholesome ingredients make a great breakfast or snack.  

Ingredients Needed:

bananas carrots Greek yogurt eggs vanilla extract honey avocado oil whole wheat flour oats spices baking powder & soda

Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls before mixing together.

Portion muffin batter into the prepared muffin pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Check with a toothpick.

Muffins are tender and moist with a carrot cake flavor.
