Carrot Cake Banana Muffins

These healthy muffins taste like carrot cake and are made with wholesome ingredients.     

Dry Ingredients:

whole wheat flour oats spices baking powder & soda

Wet Ingredients:

bananas carrots Greek yogurt eggs vanilla extract honey avocado oil

Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls before mixing together.

Portion muffin batter into the prepared muffin pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Check with a toothpick.

Muffins are tender and moist with a carrot cake flavor.

Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
