Bang Bang Salmon  

Grilled salmon with an spicy drizzle of bang bang sauce is a quick and healthy dinner. 

 

Ingredients -salmon fillets -honey -siracha -soy sauce -lemon juice -mayo

 

Start by mixing together the marinade ingredients.  

 

Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade and add to the mayo.  

 

Add the salmon to the marinade.

 

You can grill the salmon fillets or cook them on a grill pan. 

 

When the salmon is cooked drizzle with the bang bang sauce. 

 

Salmon is a healthy fish high in omega 3 fatty acids and protein.

 

Pair with steamed veggies for a healthy dinner!
