Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal   

Baked oats are a casserole made with all healthy ingredients!

 

Ingredients  – oats – cinnamon -milk -peanut butter -coconut oil – salt – ripe bananas – egg –honey –vanilla extract -chocolate chips

 

Start by mashing the bananas until very smooth. 

 

Mix in the other wet ingredients.     

 

Pour in the oats, salt, cinnamon and chocolate chips.     

 

Add the oat mixture  to a 8x8 baking dish.  

 

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.  Oatmeal will be soft but golden brown.       

Serve with sliced banana and a drizzle of peanut butter. 

Baked oatmeal is perfect for meal prep.  Make for the week and warm the pieces in the microwave for about a minute.
