Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

This healthy breakfast is mixed together quickly for a make ahead breakfast.   

Ingredients: -oats -baking powder -salt -applesauce -egg -almond milk -vanilla extract -honey -chocolate chips -almond butter -coconut oil

Start by mixing the wet ingredients together. 

Add in the oats, salt and baking powder to the bowl. 

Pour the mixture into a baking dish. 

The baked oatmeal will be golden brown once it bakes.  

Serve the oatmeal warm while the chocolate chips are melty!

Drizzle with extra honey or milk. 

This breakfast is perfect reheated for leftovers.
