Baked Chocolate Oats   

Baked oats are great for meal prep and these are sweet and chocolaty! 


Ingredients: – banana – oats – coconut oil – egg – cocoa powder – almond milk – vanilla extract – salt –chocolate chips -honey


You can make these in just one big bowl with a fork to mash bananas and a spatula to stir!


Add the eggs, milk, vanilla and coconut oil to the mashed banana.  


Mix in the oats, cocoa, salt and chocolate chips. 

Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes.  

Cut into six pieces and serve with fruit, honey and a drizzle of milk.
