Smashed avocado spread on a bagel with egg whites for extra protein.  

Avocado Egg White Bagel

 Ingredients:

–avocado –bagel thins –egg whites –salt –pepper –tomatoes

Heat a small skillet over medium heat.  When warm spray with cooking spray and add egg whites.  

While skillet is warming and egg whites are cooking smash avocado.  

Toast bagel, top with avocado, egg whites and tomato slices.   

  This is a high protein breakfast that will keep you fueled through the morning!
