Almond Flour Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting  

This cake is perfect for anyone on a gluten free diet! 

 

Cake Ingredients  – almond flour – corn starch – baking powder – baking soda – salt – ripe bananas – eggs – butter –honey –vanilla extract

 

Start by mashing the bananas until very smooth. 

 

Mix in the almond flour and other dry ingredients.     

 

Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan.     

 

Bake until golden brown.  Cool before frosting.  

 

Next mix the cream cheese, honey and peanut butter.      

Spread the frosting and top with slices of banana and nuts.
