Air Fryer Turkey Tenderloin  

A turkey tenderloin is a quick and healthy meal that is ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients -turkey tenderloin -olive oil -brown sugar -red pepper flakes -garlic powder -Italian seasoning -smoked paprika


Rub the tenderloin with olive oil.


Mix together the spices and brown sugar and rub on the tenderloin.


Add the tenderloin to the air fryer basket. .


Cook for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.  


Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 


This turkey is juicy and flavorful from this quick cooking method.


Tenderloin is a white meat part of the breast.  It's very lean and healthy!
