Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Muffin

Wet Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 egg
- ½ cup peanut butter
Dry Ingredients
- ¾ cup old fashion oats
- ⅓ cup whole wheat flour
- ⅓ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with baking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together mashed banana, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, honey, egg and peanut butter and set aside.
In another bowl mix together oats, whole wheat and all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
With a spatula mix together the dry and wet ingredients making sure not to over mix.
Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate into batter.
With a spoon divide muffin batter evenly into muffin tins.
Bake for 22-24 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
