Roasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade
Roasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade is a creamy and flavorful dressing that can be used on so many different things. It’s perfect for a side salad to accompany an Asian meal or to marinate chicken. My family even uses it as a dip with veggies!

- ½ cup whole fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon almond butter, or tahini
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons white sesame seeds, roasted
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Measure sesame seeds onto baking dish and place into heated oven.
Roast for 6-8 minutes stirring every few minutes. Watch closely to not burn. They should go from white to a brown color.
While sesame seeds are roasting measure other ingredients into blender cup.
Mix ingredients with blender for several seconds to thoroughly blend together.
When sesame seeds are finished roasting and have cooled add sesame seeds to blender with other ingredients. Pulse a few times to slightly break up seeds. A few whole ones will give
