Whipped Ricotta Dip with Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons honey, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils, optional
  • 1 tablespoons pepitas, optional

Instructions

  • Add ricotta cheese, 2 teaspoons honey, salt and heavy cream to a large bowl.
  • Use a hand mixer to beat the ricotta until it is smooth in texture.
  • Use a spatula to scrape mixture into a serving bowl. Drizzle with more honey and garnish with pomegranate arils and pepitas if desired.
  • Serve with toasted baguette slices, pita chips or crackers.
