Whipped Ricotta Dip with Honey

whole milk ricotta cheese

heavy cream

teaspoons
honey, plus more for garnish

pomegranate arils, optional

pepitas, optional
Instructions
Add ricotta cheese, 2 teaspoons honey, salt and heavy cream to a large bowl.
Use a hand mixer to beat the ricotta until it is smooth in texture.
Use a spatula to scrape mixture into a serving bowl. Drizzle with more honey and garnish with pomegranate arils and pepitas if desired.
Serve with toasted baguette slices, pita chips or crackers.
