Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon sage
  • olive oil spray
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey sauce

Instructions

  • If starting with thawed wings, sprinkle wings with seasoning. (if cooking frozen wings see notes) Place the wings in the air fryer basket.
  • Use an olive oil spray and NOT cooking spray to mist the wings with olive oil.
  • Set the air fryer to 400 and time for 10 minutes. Flip the wings using tongs and return to the air fryer for an additional 12-15 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. This can vary depending on the size of the wing.
  • Remove the wings from the air fryer basket to a large bowl. Toss the wings with warmed hot honey sauce. Serve with extra sauce on the side if desired.

Notes

For frozen wings add to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 400 before adding seasoning or spraying with olive oil.  Flip at 10 minute mark and then season and spray with oil.  Cook for an additional 15 minutes or longer depending on the size of the wing.  For the complete step-by step instructions check out Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Wings {Raw}
