- 2 ½ teaspoons truffle oil, divided
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon truffle salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes while preparing potatoes.
Wash potatoes and dry well. Using a sharp knife cut potatoes into French fry shaped pieces.
Add cut potatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons of truffle oil, reserving ½ a teaspoon.
Toss well to coat potatoes and place in a single layer inside the air fryer.
Set air fryer to the fries setting and cook for 15 minutes. Flip the fries half way through cooking and switch the shelves around so that they cook more evenly.
At the 15 minute mark check the fries, and if needed add a couple more minutes of cook time. Time will vary depending on the type of air fryer you have and the size of the French fries.
Once the French fries are cooked, remove from air fryer toss with seasoning, parmesan cheese. Drizzle remaining ½ teaspoon of truffle oil over the top.
Serve with ketchup.
