- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, washed and ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Preheat air fryer while preparing asparagus.
Wash asparagus and snap off woody ends. Dry asparagus well.
If using air fryer that has racks that slide in and out, cut a piece of foil smaller than the tray.
Divide the asparagus bunch between the two racks.
Brush or drizzle asparagus with olive oil. Top with minced garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add trays to preheated air fryer and time for 7-8 minutes. Half way through cooking time switch top and bottom trays to not over cook.
Serve with dinner or pack in containers for meal prep.
