  • 1 cup chocolate oat milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder *optional
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips *optional
  • 1/2 cup ice optional


  • Add all ingredients except chocolate chips (if using)to blender.
  • Blend ingredients for 30 seconds. Stop and pulse to make sure everything is incorporated and ice is broken up and mixture is smooth.
