Oat Banana Bread with Greek Yogurt is a healthy version of the classic recipe! This recipe is lower in fat and sugar and loaded with heart healthy fiber.
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bread or loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

Notes
You can easily make your own oat flour by pulsing oats in a blender until it breaks down into a dry powder, like the consistency of flour. This takes about 30 seconds.
