Citrus Vinaigrette
Citrus Vinaigrette brightens any salad. With the warm and sweet flavors from the orange, honey and white balsamic you will actually crave salad!

- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze orange into a mixing bowl making sure to remove any seeds. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well. Transfer to a mason jar or other air tight container and shake vigorously.
Store in refrigerator for 3-4 days. Will need to be shaken again right before serving.
