Equipment

  • high power blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango, frozen
  • 2 cups pineapple frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the base of the blender.
  • Pulse several times so the blades can begin to break up the frozen fruit.
  • Turn blender on and slowly increase the power until the fruit is a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
