Stuffed Peppers

Stuffed peppers are a classic dish that are easy to make and prep ahead.   


Saute the onions and garlic.  Then cook the chicken.  

Add the tomatoes, rice and half of the cheese. 

Stuff the mixture into the peppers. 

Bake and then top with more cheese. 

These peppers are easy and you can assemble ahead and pop in the oven. 

These are a delicious and nutritious dinner!
