Simple Cottage Cheese Pancake Recipe

Cottage cheese pancakes are light, fluffy  and packed with protein. 

Ingredients Needed

Blend the cottage cheese with the honey and vanilla until smooth. 

The smooth cottage cheese will not even be detected in the pancakes.  

Add the cottage cheese to a bowl with the eggs and milk. 

Next add the flour and leavening agents.  

Cook the pancakes in a hot skillet. 

The pancakes will be golden brown. 

Top with syrup and fruit.  

These have a light and fluffy texture.
