Salmon Quinoa Salad 

This healthy dinner is quick and easy to prepare for a week night meal.   

Ingredients: -salmon -tomatoes -red bell pepper  -spinach -chickpeas -lemon juice -olive oil -quinoa -spices

Rub spice mixture over salmon.  

Cook quinoa according to package directions.

Fluff the quinoa after it is cooked. 

Add the remaining salad ingredients. 

Plate the quinoa salad with a piece of salmon.   

This complete dinner takes only 20 minutes!
