Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins Healthy   

These pumpkin muffins are made with Greek yogurt and oats for a healthy breakfast treat!

 

 Mix together the oats, whole wheat flour and spices. 

 

Add the pumpkin, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and the egg to a separate bowl. 

 

Stir the oat mixture and chocolate chips into the wet ingredients.  

 

Stir the ingredients together being careful not to over mix.  

 

Portion out the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners. 

 

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 

 

These muffins have a great pumpkin flavor and spice combination.
