Potato Salad Recipe  

A classic side dish is made completely egg free! 

 

Ingredients: – potatoes -mayo – celery –shallots – salt -pepper – dry mustard -parsley -ap vinegar

 

Peel and chop potatoes into small cubes. 

 

Always start potatoes in cold water and bring to a boil to cook. 

 

Chop celery, shallots and parsley. 

 

Mix the dressing ingredients together. 

 

Drain the potatoes very well.  

 

Add the cooled potatoes to the dressing. 

 

This is the perfect side dish for a summer cookout. 

 

This creamy egg free salad is perfect for vegans or anyone who doesn't like eggs.
