Popeyes Blackened Chicken Tenders

Try this easy blackened chicken tender that you can make at home.

Ingredients: -chicken tenders -butter  -salt -smoked paprika -paprika -pepper -cayenne -thyme -oregano -garlic powder -onion powder -baking soda

Coat the chicken in baking soda to tenderize for 20 minutes.

Wash off baking soda, pat dry and add spice mixture.

Heat a skillet and add butter.

Cook the chicken on both sides for 4-5 minutes.  

Serve the chicken with ranch dressing or add to a salad.
