Peppermint Bark Recipe White Chocolate 

This layered peppermint bark is easy to make and perfect for the holidays!


Add the chocolate and vegetable oil to a bowl. 

Melt in the microwave until smooth.  Add a teaspoon of peppermint extract. 

Spread into a parchment lined dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.  

Repeat steps with the white chocolate layer. 

Spread the white chocolate over the semi sweet chocolate and then sprinkle with crushed candy canes. 

After the chocolate sets, cut into squares. 

This is fun, festive and makes a great gift!
