Oatmeal Banana Muffins with Blueberries   

This muffin recipe combines two of your favorite muffins into one! 

 

Ingredients: – oats – whole wheat flour – baking soda – baking powder – salt -bananas – honey –Greek yogurt -blueberries -vanilla extract

 

Start by mixing the dry ingredients together. 

 

By adding a spoonful of flour to the blueberries it will keep them from sinking. 

 

Mash the bananas with a fork.  It's okay if there are a few lumps. 

 

Mix the egg, Greek yogurt and honey into the mashed banana. 

 

Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

 

Gently stir in the blueberries. 

 

Add the batter to a muffin tin.   Use paper liners for easy clean up.

 

These are a perfect healthy breakfast!
