No Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls

This easy snack is made with wholesome ingredients!

Ingredients: -dates -peanut butter  -oats -coconut flakes -cinnamon -chia seeds

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.   

Pulse several times.  If necessary scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.     

Roll into small balls about the size of a golf ball. 

These are perfect to pack in lunch boxes for a healthy sweet treat.  

You can even pack one in your purse or gym bag when you need an afternoon energy boost.  

Store these in the fridge for 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
