Mini Tiramisu

The perfect sized dessert for entertaining during the holidays!  

The ingredients: mascarpone, lady fingers, coffee, cocoa powder, heavy cream and Kahlua.

Start by mixing the mascarpone with part of the powdered sugar and part of the heavy cream.

Then in a separate bowl mix the heavy cream with a teaspoon Kahlua and the rest of the powdered sugar.

Use a hand mixer and beat the cream until it forms soft peaks.

Gently fold in the mascarpone and 1/2 of whipped cream mixture.

Break the lady fingers in half and quickly dunk in the coffee mixture.

Use a pastry bag and pipe the cream on top of the soaked lady fingers.

Repeat with another layer and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Garnish with half of a lady finger or chocolate curls.
