Mini Apple Pies with Puff Pastry 

These mini apple pies use store-bought puff pastry for a quick dessert that is perfect for holidays!

Ingredients: -sugar  -butter -flour  -puff pastry -spices -egg -apples -lemon juice -cornstarch

Use a rolling pin to roll out the puff pastry into a larger square. 

Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into 12 small squares. 

Press into the muffin tin and brush with egg wash. 

Chop apples into small pieces. 

Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan.

Cook the apples with the butter and add the spices and lemon juice. 

Make the streusel topping. 

Fill the pastry with apple mixture. 

Sprinkle topping over the apples. 

Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. 

These are perfect with ice cream or a drizzle of caramel.
