Mini Apple Pie Recipe 

This mini apple pie recipe is easy to make and perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients Needed

Once the puff pastry is thawed roll it out.

Cut into squares to fit the muffin tin. 

Brush the pastry with an egg wash so that it gets a golden brown color!

While the puff pastry is prebaking chop the apples. 

Melt the butter and brown sugar in a large skillet. 

Cook the apples.  This is important because they will not be in the oven long enough to cook completely. 

Fill the puff pastry with apples.

Then add the streusel topping to the top. 

This mini dessert is perfect for the holidays!
