Mediterranean Green Beans   

Make a quick and healthy side dish with Mediterranean inspired flavors.

 

Ingredients: – lemon – red wine vinegar -olive oil -oregano – green beans –salt -pepper – cherry tomatoes – kalamata olives –feta cheese - -Parmesan cheese

 

Start by blanching the green beans in a bot of boiling water. 

 

Plunge the green beans in an ice bath to quickly stop the cooking process.

 

Add the veggies, olives and feta cheese to a large serving bowl.

 

Make the lemon dressing by squeezing the lemon juice into a jar. 

 

Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 

 

Drizzle over the green beans.  Toss well to coat everything. 

 

This green bean salad is fresh and crispy with great flavor!
