Maple Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Try this easy to make and healthy side dish for a weeknight or holiday dinner.

Ingredients:  -brussels sprouts -olive oil -salt -pepper -balsamic -maple syrup -Dijon mustard -garlic powder -slivered almonds -fresh thyme

Remove the stem end and cut the sprouts in half.  Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 

Add the brussels sprouts to a rimmed baking tray and arrange in  a single layer. 

Bring the glaze ingredients to a boil on the stove top. 

After the brussels have roasted drizzle with the glaze. 

The brussels sprout will be crispy on the outside and tender in the center.

They are the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving.
