Lemon Cream Pasta Sauce

This easy creamy pasta sauce is made from ricotta, lemon and heavy cream.  

Ingredients: -pasta -lemon  -shallot  -garlic -ricotta -Parmesan -heavy cream -thyme -salt & pepper

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

In the same pot cook the shallot and garlic.

Add the cheeses, lemon juice and zest and seasonings.  

Stir the pasta back into the pot.
