Leftover Chili Cornbread Casserole  

Use up leftover chili by turning it into a delicious cornbread casserole!  

 

Ingredients: corn meal flour Greek yogurt egg olive oil milk honey baking powder baking soda salt chili

 

Spread 5 cups of chili in the bottom of a casserole dish.  

 

Whisk together the dry ingredients.       

In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients and stir everything together .

Spread the cornbread over the chili. Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.  

Check with a toothpick for doneness.  The top will be golden brown.  

Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro and jalapeno.
