Kobe Beef Sliders  

Need a special treat for your Super Bowl Party?  Try these sliders that have a truffle bearnaise sauce!


Ingredients: kobe beef truffle spread seasonings white wine white wine vinegar egg yolk tarragon shallot


Add seasoning and truffle spread to the beef.  


Make the burgers into 3-ounce patties.       

You can cook these on the grill or in a skillet.  

Start reducing wine and vinegar with the shallots while the grill is heating. 

Use an immersion blender to blend the tarragon, truffle spread and egg yolk with the shallot mixture while adding hot butter. 

Pour this sauce all over the burgers.
