Mini Chocolate Ganache Tarts 

The perfect bite sized appetizer dessert!  So easy and a no bake recipe!  

The ingredients: dark chocolate phyllo shells heavy cream and toppings like caramel or berries

Start by warming the cream on the stove top.  This does not need to come to a boil.

In a glass bowl break the chocolate into smaller pieces.

Pour warmed cream over chocolate.  Wait 1 minute while the heat of cream melts chocolate.

Now you can mix the chocolate into a creamy mixture.

Spoon the chocolate into the phyllo shells. 

Allow the chocolate to harden for an hour before decorating.  

Store in the refrigerator if making ahead.  Cover well with plastic wrap.
