Italian Turkey Meatballs with Zoodles

Turkey meatballs are an easy dinner that is a little healthy than beef and low carb when paired with zucchini noodles


Mix together the meatball ingredients.  Ground turkey, Parmesan, spices, egg and breadcrumbs.  


When you make the meatballs place them on a broiler pan to cook.  This will allow the fat to drip through.     


After making the meatballs place in a preheat oven for about 25 minutes.  This can vary depending on the size of the meatball.  


Add meatballs to a simmering pot of your favorite marinara.       

Make the zoodles and sauté in a skillet with garlic and olive oil.  

Plate and enjoy!  This reheats well and is also a great freezer meal!
