How to Melt Chocolate Chips in the Microwave

You can melt milk, dark and white chocolate in the microwave.  

 

 Start by using a dry glass bowl.   And microwave the chocolate chips in 15 second intervals.  

 

Stir between each interval and return to the microwave for an additional 15 seconds.      

 

Milk, dark or white chocolate will take different amounts of time but they will all melt well.        

Use this chocolate to make chocolate dipped pecans.
