How to Roast Beets for Salad

Roasting beets is easy and brings out all their  flavor!

Start by washing the beets and removing the stem ends.

Wrap the beets in aluminum foil.  Before closing the foil drizzle with olive.

Bake for 60-90 minutes until beets are fork tender.
