How To Meal Prep Eggs 

This easy recipe is the perfect breakfast to meal prep for the week. 

Ingredients Needed

Crack the eggs and add to a blender.  

Pulse to blend eggs. Add the half and half.   

Pour the eggs in a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 

Sprinkle with cheese and fresh herbs. 

Bake till eggs are set and no longer jiggly. 

This is perfect for breakfast sandwiches. 

Make this for meal prep for the week or to feed a crowd for brunch!
