How To Make Mini  Cheesecakes

These mini cheesecakes are easily made in a muffin tin!  They are perfect for parties! . 

Ingredients: -cream cheese -sugar  -butter -graham cracker  -vanilla extract -cinnamon -egg -Greek yogurt -strawberries

Mix the graham cracker crumbs with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Press the mixture into a muffin tin.

Mix the cheesecake filling.

Portion on top of the crust. 

Bake the cheesecakes for 15-16 minutes. 

Cook the strawberries in a saucepan. 

Top the cheesecakes with strawberry sauce or your sauce of choice. 

These are the perfect treat for a party!

These can be made ahead and even frozen.
