Banana Mini Muffins

Made with wholesome ingredients for a healthy breakfast or snack.  


– 2 bananas – Greek yogurt – honey – egg – avocado oil – vanilla extract – wheat flour –  oats – baking powder – baking soda – cinnamon – salt

It is best to use ripe bananas because they are sweeter and mash easier. 

Whisk the remaining wet ingredients very well. 


I like to mix the wet and dry ingredients in two bowls.  This helps to make sure everything is mixed together well.


Divide the batter into a mini muffin tin.  Bake at 350 for 14-15 minutes.  

I added mini chocolate chips to one side and pecans to the other

Perfect for the whole family.  These muffins are healthy and great to give to kids!

You can also make these for meal prep and freeze half of the batch for later in the week!
